This is a quick video on how to easily add nylon string/twine to your knife to make it so you dont lose your knife in the woods. I like bright colors like orange because they stand out if you set your knife down and you can spot your knife quickly. The string I used in the video was Nylon string, which I would recommend over twine. Nylon seems to hold up better and last longer and is a little easier to work with and is more comfortable against the hand.
