Target cracking in a park in San Diego. In the first part I am using an 8-ft 8-plait nylon bull whip. The target was specially designed to be flexible, slick, and reusable, so I could hit it repeatedly without cutting it. In other parts I am using a 6-ft 12-plait kangaroo-hide bull whip on paper strip targets. Anese is diligently replacing the targets, bless her soul. In the last part, which is a preview of an upcoming video on two-handed target cracking, I am using a matched pair of 3-ft 8-plait kangaroo stock whips made by Simon Martin. The style of this video was inspired by other recent videos I have seen on YouTube.
