♦ How to Start & Finish Peruvian Wave Bracelets

♦ How to Start & Finish Peruvian Wave Bracelets Video Clips. Duration : 8.55 Mins.

Click "Show more»" below for more info __________________________________________________ ■ MATERIALS: Nylon Rope for the center strands, DMC brand 'Six Stranded Embroidery Floss' for the wraps, and a Clipboard for clipping down the bracelet. __________________________________________________ ☼ SUBSTITUTIONS: You may substitute Nylon Rope for Hemp, Yarn, Braiding Cord...etc. You can also substitute the rope by using roughly 6 strands of embroidery floss as one thread in order to create bulk but I feel this is a waste of thread. NOTE: if substituting please do not try to burn the edges unless you are 100% sure you are using nylon or some other plastic-based string. __________________________________________________ If you decide to fold the embroidery floss to have doubles just tie it on at the center of the string like in my hair wrapping videos: www.youtube.com ■ LENGTH & MEASUREMENTS: Center Nylon Cords: appx 25" (inches) Embroidery Floss: Folded 65" (inches) and Unfolded 35" (inches) __________________________________________________ This is identical to the pack of Nylon Rope I found in store: www.amazon.com They also sell loose spools in assorted colors as well. If you aren't into neon colors I've also seen plain white but have been hard pressed to find black. The other material shown for making the woven part of the bracelet is (DMC) Six Stranded Embroidery Floss ...
